What are the shipping charges?

Orders for over Rs 299/- are shipped for free.

Incase the total value of your cart is lower than Rs 299/- we will charge a standard delivery fee of Rs 49/-
Do you provide international shipping?

We do not provide International shipping however if you have an institutional query please contact us at 1-800-208-2254 or at customercare@cremica.com
Can I change/cancel my order?

We do not provide a service where you can change/cancel your order.
How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.
